Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices exclude taxes, registration, and other applicable fees unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on our website or in advertising materials.

Vehicle Sales

All vehicle sales are subject to:

• Vehicle availability at the time of purchase
• Completion of all required documentation
• Financing approval (if applicable)
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Consignment Services

For consignment services:

• Commission rates are agreed upon before listing (typically 5-8%)
• No upfront fees required
• Vehicles remain insured while in our possession
• Either party may terminate the consignment agreement with 30 days written notice
• Payment is remitted within 3 business days after sale completion

Bring a Trailer Services

As an authorized Bring a Trailer Local Partner, we provide listing services including photography, detailing, storage, and logistics. Service packages and pricing are determined on a case-by-case basis. All BaT listing fees are in addition to our service fees.

Warranties and Disclaimers

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all vehicles are sold "as is" without warranty. We recommend independent pre-purchase inspections for all vehicles. Any warranties offered are clearly documented in writing at the time of sale.

Limitation of Liability

P1 Automotive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or vehicle in question.

Intellectual Property
